Yes! Upload your custom fonts during intake. If no fonts are provided, we’ll use the closest standard alternative. Adobe Fonts are used by default if no custom fonts are uploaded.

If a slide includes media, graphics, or assets requiring work beyond standard formatting—such as photo retouching or custom illustrations—we may quote a supplemental fee. No additional work will be billed or completed without client approval.

Optional add-on: $8/slide for full spelling, grammar, and formatting review. Uses MLA standards. Revisions made directly in your file.

No new content or rewrites are done on quick-turn jobs. Need FutureNova to create net new assets? We'll be happy to, reach out and we can get that into orbit. We preserve existing text unless visualized into graphics. Slide notes are retained. Content support is available as a separate service.

Icons: Included in all tiers as needed. Stock imagery: Included in Visual Overhaul and Ultra Motion tiers. All imagery is licensed for presentation use only. Rights do not extend beyond the final deck. We do not use copyrighted images—even if labeled for internal use.

One round of light revisions is included (alignment tweaks, image swaps, small edits). Additional revisions: Billed at $75/hour, 1-hour minimum. Slides sent after the initial upload are considered new work and billed accordingly. To revise, reply to your confirmation email instead of re-uploading piecemeal.

1 -3 business days from project intake. Submissions after business hours begin next business day. Proofreading adds up to 1 day to timelines. Missing assets or unclear scope may delay turnaround.

Yes, for tasks like layout suggestions, proofreading, or placeholder image sourcing. We use only AI models that do not learn from or retain your data. All outputs are human-reviewed. No final content is AI-only.

Yes. We design in PowerPoint’s desktop app. All final files are tested on both Mac and Windows platforms.

If you need to cancel your order after submission, we’re happy to offer a credit toward future work. The credit amount will depend on how much of the project has already been completed at the time of cancellation.

Client must have rights to all submitted materials. FutureNova Health is not liable for lost data, downstream formatting issues, or third-party app incompatibilities. Disputes are governed by the laws of our operating state/country.

All submitted files and data remain confidential. Files are deleted from our system after 30 days (unless otherwise requested). No content is reused or shared externally.
