NovaNext Presentation Portal Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work

This service covers the design, formatting, and visual enhancement of presentation files (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or PDF) submitted via the Deck Makeover portal. The base scope includes layout improvements, brand alignment, standard icons, and visual refinement. Additional services—including motion design, infographics, custom illustrations, and video inserts—may be billed separately upon client approval.

2. Deliverables

All final presentations will be delivered in .PPTX format (1920x1080) unless otherwise requested. PDF and Google Slides exports may be provided upon request. Project files will include all slide content and notes unless explicitly excluded.

3. Revisions

Each project includes one round of light revisions (e.g., image swaps, alignment corrections, minor edits). Substantial changes, piecemeal updates, or new slides submitted after the initial intake will be treated as a new project and billed accordingly. Additional revision hours are billed at $75/hour with a 1-hour minimum.

4. Assets & Licensing

Icons are included as needed in all tiers. If stock imagery is approved, we reserve the right to allocate up to $10 per slide across the presentation as needed—either evenly distributed or weighted toward higher-need slides. All imagery used is licensed for presentation purposes only. Rights do not extend beyond this project. We do not use copyrighted images, even if labeled for internal use. 5. Fonts & Compatibility

Adobe Fonts are used by default. Clients must upload any proprietary or custom fonts during intake. If a font is not provided and licensing is required, we will notify the client. If no response is received within 1 hour, a close alternative will be substituted. Final files are tested for Mac and PC compatibility.

6. Use of AI

We may use AI-powered tools for efficiency tasks such as layout suggestions, proofreading, or sourcing placeholder images. We only use AI models that do not learn from or retain any client data. All final outputs are reviewed and approved by a human designer. No AI-generated final content will be delivered without human oversight. We do not use AI for original copywriting or wholly synthetic content creation.

7. Turnaround  & Communication

Standard turnaround is within 1 business day of project intake, unless otherwise noted. Projects submitted outside business hours will begin next business day. If additional work is needed, clients must confirm team availability prior to submitting expanded requests. Delays caused by unclear scope or missing assets will impact turnaround expectations.

8. Payment Terms

Payments for all projects are collected upfront by credit card only. No invoicing is provided. All major credit cards are accepted. Optional add-ons (stock images, motion, custom graphics) must be prepaid via the checkout system or will delay final delivery.

9. Confidentiality

All submitted files and client data will remain confidential. Files are not shared or reused outside of the intended project. Final decks are deleted from our system after 30 days unless otherwise requested.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take every measure to ensure professional quality and reliability, FutureNova Health is not liable for lost data, downstream formatting issues, or third-party software compatibility beyond what is tested (Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Google Slides). Clients are responsible for final review before presentation or distribution.

11. Client Responsibility & Warranties

Client represents and warrants that all files and instructions provided do not infringe the rights of any third party, and that the client is authorized to use and share all materials supplied for the project. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FutureNova Health against any third-party claims arising out of client-provided material.

12. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the state/country in which FutureNova Health operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Termination & Cancellation

Either party may terminate the project before delivery. If cancellation occurs after project intake but before delivery, the initial payment is non-refundable due to reserved resources and immediate start of work.

14. Force Majeure

FutureNova Health shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or illness.

15. Delivery & Acceptance

Client acceptance is deemed final unless feedback is provided within 2 business days of delivery. After this period, files will be considered approved and the project closed.
